Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AISkill.US website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Description of Services

AISkill.US provides international quality assurance services for educational institutions and programmes, including:

• AISkill.US Certified™ — International quality recognition for courses and programmes
• AISkill.US Accredited™ — Institutional accreditation for schools and universities
• AISkill.US Authenticated™ — Validation of the originality and credibility of academic work
• AISkill.US Reviewed™ — Independent expert evaluation for EdTech products and curricula

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share credentials with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Intellectual Property

All content on AISkill.US — including but not limited to logos, marks, text, images, reports, certificates, and software — is the exclusive property of AISkill.US or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to use AISkill.US to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Certification Terms

Organisations applying for certification or accreditation agree to:

• Provide complete and truthful documentation during the evaluation process
• Cooperate fully with our review team and assessors
• Maintain the standards required for certification throughout the validity period
• Notify AISkill.US promptly of any material changes to the certified programme or institution
• Display certification marks only in accordance with our usage guidelines
• Undergo periodic renewal assessments as required

AISkill.US reserves the right to suspend or revoke certification if an organisation fails to maintain required standards or is found to have provided false information.

Payments & Refunds

All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the time of application submission unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

• Application fees are non-refundable once the review process has commenced
• If an application is withdrawn before assessment begins, a partial refund (minus administrative costs) may be considered at our discretion
• Annual renewal fees are non-refundable

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AISkill.US does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AISkill.US, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AISkill.US and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AISkill.US at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
